Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kkjewellers.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [KKJ, 310 Bethnal Green Road, London E2 0AG] 

If your return is accepted, you (customer) is responsible for arranging the return. To ensure that returns are insured, we always advice you post returns using tracked next day delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, we do not accept returns for jewellery with piercing for hygiene reasons. This includes all types of earrings, nose studs and nose rings.

Hand-finished and bespoke jewellery are NOT entitled to a refund nor exchange. 

There is a 20% restocking fee that applies to all jewellery under the circumstance that KKJ have agreed to a refund. Our restocking fee covers the costs associated to; assemble, package, post and restock.

Damages and issues
All items are inspected, securely packed and posted out using a tracked service. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Orders

Please note, if you place an order for delivery outside the UK, there may be a delay in receiving your goods. It may take up to 40 days or longer for you to receive as it may go through customs and other checks. Our responsibility is to securely pack & post the item using tracked service. Once it reaches your country of destination, it is your responsibility to ensure the correct process is followed in obtaining your order. Your county may charge other taxes upon receipt  It is you (customers) responsibility to check and pay any taxes in your country.

18 & 22 Carat Gold Guarantee

Please note, 22 carat gold jewellery contains minimum 91.67% pure gold.

18 carat contains a minimum of 75% pure gold. The remaining will be a mixture of silver, zinc, copper and may contain nickel.  

14 carat gold contains 59% pure gold. The remaining will be a mixture of silver, zinc, copper and may contain nickel.
